EXTRA PEOPLE

1 bedroom unit: up to 2 people. $15 extra per person per night.

2 bedroom unit: up to 2 adults and 2 children. $15 extra per adult per night.

3 bedroom unit: up to 3 adults and 4 children. $15 extra per adult per night.

DEPOSITS

Off Season: a 25% desposit is required on booking and final payment is due two (2) weeks before arrival.

Holiday Season: a 50% deposit is required on booking and final payment is due two (2) weeks before arrival.

A $200 security deposit is required by either Cash or Credit Card.

OFF SEASON DISCOUNT

We can offer a discount of 10% on bookings of 7 nights or more. Please contact management.

REFUND POLICY

More than 30 days:

Off Season: full refund excluding cancellation fee of $50

Holiday and Peak Season: full refund excluding cancellation fee of $150

Within 14-30 days:

Off Season: full refund exluding desposit

Holiday and Peak Season: full refund exluding desposit

Under 14 days:

Off Season: cancellation fee is the total tariff for the booking

Holiday and Peak Season: cancellation fee is the total tariff for the booking

All refunds are an management’s discretion.
